Birth Doula Service Package
Complementary First Meeting - Prior to choosing me as your doula, I offer one complementary meeting to go over the services I offer in depth and answer any questions your may have. I like to make sure that you feel comfortable with me! This meeting lasts between 30-45 minutes. This is usually in person, but can also do a phone or video call as well.
Two Prenatal Visits - First visit is to review your ideal birth in depth and how I can best assist you, as well as help you create your birth plan, if you’d like. The second visit is a check in to see how you are progressing, feeling, and that you are all set for baby to arrive! As well as review any last minute details, questions or concerns you may have. These visits last about 60-90 minutes each.
On-call 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week, Starting at 38 Weeks - Whenever labor decides to start, I’m ready!
Continuous Support Throughout Active Labor - I will meet you at your home or the birthing place (hospital, birthing center, etc) at the onset of active labor. This is entirely your choice and we will discuss your preferences at our prenatal meeting. I will stay with you one to two hours after birth, depending on your preference.
One Postpartum Visit - I will schedule a postpartum visit set within 7-10 days after birth. This visit is a check in to see how you and baby are doing, review how you felt your birth experience went if you’d like, and answer any questions or concerns. This visit is 60-90 minutes.
Unlimited Phone Calls, Texts, Emails, etc. - From the time you sign the contract to work with me as your doula till our last postpartum visit.
Postpartum Doula Service Package

Complementary First Meeting - Prior to choosing me as your doula, I offer 1 complementary meeting to go over the services I offer in depth and answer any questions your may have. During this meeting, we will discuss your postpartum needs. This meeting lasts between about 45-60 minutes. This is usually in person, but can also do a phone or video call as well.
Emotional Support - I provide emotional support such as active listening, talking through how you are feeling, and encouraging new parents to follow their own hearts. Empathy, a hug or even a good laugh together can do so much for a new parent. I’m here to support you in any way I can.
Adjusting to New Family Roles, and Supervising Other Children - A new baby means transition for everyone, including parents and siblings. Part of my role as your postpartum doula is to help the entire family adjust and settle in. I can assist in a few ways to help you transition into new parenthood or adjust to being a parent of multiple children. I provide assistance with newborn care such as diapering, bathing, feeding and comforting. I can give you a break and time to do things as small as taking a shower or a nap, or take care of older siblings so you can focus on the baby or getting other things done.
Household Organization Support - I can assist with small tasks like helping with laundry, general household tidying including dishes and vacuuming, prepping meals, and running light errands.
Provide Resources for Various Needs - I provide local resources such as parenting classes, support groups, lactation support, prenatal and postpartum yoga and massage classes, among many other resources depending on your needs.
*Please note, although the minimum amount of time to book postpartum services 8 hours, with a minimum of 4-hours shifts each day, you can certainly book more hours and days, or schedule for longer shifts per day if needed.
